The elastic waist skirt features a smooth top panel which is 1/3 of the skirt, and then a second gathered panel which is 2/3 of skirt. Its exposed seam edges between panels give it a more mature updated look for your little girl or tween. Size 8.   This skirt is true to size.  Our model is age 8 and is wearing the size 8. (Her leggings are not available to purchase.)
